SERC is committed to responding to complaints promptly and respectfully. If you have a complaint about a service you have received, you can bring the matter to our Co-Executive Directors.

What will happen with my complaint?

When your complaint is received, the Directors will gather information from you and the staff member(s) involved, if any. A telephone or in-person meeting may be arranged to discuss your complaint; if you wish you can invite a personal support person to the meeting. A decision regarding your complaint will be made by the Co-Executive Directors, and you will be notified about the decision through e-mail and/or letter mail.

What if I disagree with the decision?

You may appeal the decision by contacting the Board of Directors.
