Hiring: Director of Programs
Term Position, 1.0 EFT (35 Hours/Week)
This position is responsible for the leadership of SERC programs, including project-based teams. The Director of Programs oversees the design, development and delivery of programs and services to the community across all SERC locations, including program-specific human and financial resource management, funder and partner relations, and responsive community engagement/accountability initiatives. This position liaises closely with other SERC areas, including fund development and program evaluation.

Request for Proposals: SERC’s 2026-30 Strategic Plan
Sexuality Education Resource Centre MB invites qualified companies to submit proposals to develop SERC’s 2026-2030 Strategic Plan and accompanying Operational Plan. Engagement for this project will start in January 2026, with a draft strategic plan presented to SERC’s Board of Directors in March 2026. Final documents, including the operational plan, are to be delivered by the end of May 2026.
