SERC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which is responsible for setting and monitoring the Mission, Values, and Strategic Directions of the organization as they are implemented by the Co-Executive Directors. The Board also establishes policies and positions for the organization in various areas that are congruent with its Mission, Values, and belief statements.
Call for Board Member/Director (Volunteer)
Board members are responsible for acting in the best long-term interests of the organization and the community, bringing a broad knowledge base, a long-range view, and a willingness to learn to their role. We’re seeking a volunteer with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance management (CPA certified)
- Fund development
- IT governance/cybersecurity
