SERC featured in CBC article, “Manitoba’s 1st sex-ed revamp in years features lessons at each grade, highlights consent”

On Tuesday, September 15, SERC was featured in a CBC article highlighting positive changes to the new health curriculum in Manitoba public schools. J Fiedler, SERC’s program coordinator, was interviewed by CBC’s Bryce Hoye, who highlighted new additions to the health curriculum, including updates on puberty and sex education, as well as other positive additions related to overall health and well-being.
